Hello, my name is Maxwell Cornelissen. I am a 19 year old left-handed starting pitcher. This season I played in the Dutch major league for the Hoofddorp Pioniers. I throw a fastball, slider and a change up. My fastball sits around 85 mph top 87 mph, my change up sits around 75 mph and my slider around 77 mph with good command over all my three pitches. I am passionate about my craft, and I work hard every day to be the best player I can be. I’m looking forward to the challenge of playing college baseball.

Bio
In 2022, I was invited to join the TTNL program. I have been training there and living on my own since I was 16 years old. In 2023, I traveled to Regensburg to play in the Gateway Regensburg tournament. Later that year, I competed in the U18 World Cup in Taiwan with the The Netherlands team threw a no-hitter against Spain. In 2024, I was invited to the MLB European Development Tournament and participated in it. Additionally, I pitched in The Dutch Major League that same year. I started 6 games, threw 42.1 innings and had a 4.89 era as a rookie.
