Hi I am Sienna Boelens. I am 18 years old. I am looking for a college in the U.S to grow as a softball player and grow in my academic pursuits. I’m always open for new challenges. I play for sparks Haarlem in the second highest league of the Netherlands. I’m looking forward to bringing the differences of pitching speeds and spins into the team. The differences of speed and spin between my fastball, dropball and change up are my specialties.

Bio
In the USA I want to bring my abilities as a player, gain new experience and elevate my softball career. I am also looking to elevate my academic pursuits. Currently i am studying physical therapy. I have always been interested in the human body and combining that with helping people to recover from injuries makes it even more interesting for me. I am looking to making my way forward to becoming a student athlete.
In 2022 I was selected for Talent Team NL. where I have been living on my own and training 9 times a week. I have been working on using my long legs more in my pitching motion, using that power to improve my speed on different pitches. But also working a lot to throw my pitches on the most efficient way in the game. As a pitcher and enthusiastic team player I can bring a lot of positive energy and power into the game. For example, in the pitching circle I make eye contact with my team to let them know we are here as a team. The experiences of Talent Team NL and Sparks Haarlem made a lot of impact on my softball career. I am looking to develop my skills in the USA for the next two years, starting fall 2025.
